Moving through grief with LOVE one step at a time.
A grief journey is often one of pain, fear, sadness and anger but it can also be one which includes love, peace, connection and gratitude. Unfortunately, grief will always include some level of pain. .Having a safe space to express your feeling and emotions is an important part of your journey. I believe when a loved ones body dies their soul lives on forever. Understanding this concept can assist the grieving process with a little less pain and a lot more LOVE. It is the navigation and merging of your pain with this understanding that I hope to share with you. Understanding and believing that LOVE never dies can bring peace to a very heartbreaking process. No one wants to experience a loved one dying but as long as we are alive this is an inevitable part of our human experience. The journey is not ever easy and is different for everyone. This is because every relationship and experience is different. The one thing that remains the same for all is that no one should ever grieve alone.
